Customs and Duties

For customers in the USA, Canada, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, and Japan:

We will cover import duties from the above countries. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier company. If you place your order within the customs territory of your country, you will not be required to pay import duties, but you may be required to pay VAT or local sales tax. For customers in Switzerland, the UK, and the USA, these fees are included at checkout.

For all other customers, the prices you see online do not include import duties. If you would like to return any items from your purchase, you have the possibility to do so. We offer a 30-day return & refund policy for online purchases from the day you received your package.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Returns have a processing time of 15-30 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, holidays and sale periods.

When your return & refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us. The refund amount will be returned back via the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to arrive back into your bank account.
